Certified Teacher (Full-Time)  Qualifications o Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or advanced degree is preferred o Valid Arkansas Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood Special Education endorsement is preferred or approved ALP in place o Valid Driver’s License Teacher’s Aide (Full-Time)  Qualifications o High School Diploma, or GED o CDA preferred (3 to 6 months experience with children with developmental delays preferred) Waiver (Full-Time/Part-Time)  Qualifications o High School Diploma, or GED or 2 years verifiable experience with individuals with developmental disabilities o Valid Driver’s License & current vehicle Insurance

Van Riders (Part-Time)  Qualifications o High School Diploma o Current Driver’s License o Clean MVR o At least 21 years of age
